Good Points

Tough Case, and good design, so good in fact they carried the button configuration over to the RAZR in part, built in speakerphone, and you're able to put your own games and applications etc. on via a memory card.

Bad Points

It gets very hot when in use, battery life is awful, and the phone, like 99% of all 3's handsets is heavy and not pocket friendly. It also suffers from software problems and poor signal strength.

General Comments

I've owned a Motorola V975 mobile phone since July last year when they were the latest hot phone on the market. I was given it free with my shiny new 3 pay monthly contract... If only I knew that by "Hot Phone" they meant it literally! Within 10 minutes of starting a call, the phone got so hot I had to hang up and put it down for a while! I'm waiting patiently now until November, when I can upgrade this awful handset and hopefully get something decent that's not going to burn my ears off. Also, the phone suffers from constant software hiccups. My V975 was offline for about a week when it decided to lose its operating system, and had to be returned to Motorola for a 6000 mile service. I did remark to the operator at 3 customer services that really and truthfully, it should have had a "Funeral Service".
