Good Points

Value for money for a 20GB device
Style - looks good, but a little bulky now compared to newer players


Bad Points

Transferring songs to the device takes ages
The Philips media software, which effectively transfers the songs to the device, is a bit clumsy, and not as user friendly as it could be.


General Comments

I really like the Philips HDD120 MP3 player. However, the main frustration is in transferring songs to it, which when you start from scratch takes days (I kid you not).

I always store my song formats at 192 bits (CD quality), and I was thinking of lowering this to see if file transfers got any quicker. I have just transferred 200 songs in over 5 hours!!!
