General Comments
Very friendly staff, and nothing seems a bother. I sent off papers regarding my EGG Mortgage, and they were returned quickly. Leading up to the purchase date, they phoned regularly to let me know how things were progressing. I never had to call them once. It really put me at ease knowing they had that personal touch.



They offer a good rate and it is easy to understand. It is always no more than 1% above the Bank of England base rate. I needed to re-arrange a mortgage due to endowment problems, and this was done over the phone in minutes. I am now on part repayment and part interest.
