Good Points

Cheap and attractive.


Bad Points

Very erratic controls.
Remote unreliable.
Poor infrared reception from remote.


General Comments

The Alba STB2 freeview box is very affordable, but the few pounds you save will soon seem insignificant when you have to get up every night to switch the set off at the wall so it will register commands from the remote. Occasionally it will send no picture either. The remote response is also incredibly slow.
