Franchised company so perhaps all branches aren't as bad as the Leadenhall Market, London one.

General Comments

The Leadenhall Market in London branch of Snappy Shots printed some awful quality prints (white faces, pink coke bottle labels, half images), and when I went to complain the manager shouted at me, threw my photos across the counter and ordered me out of his shop. He said he would give me a refund if I returned with better prints from elsewhere, which I did the next day, and a refund never materialised. Not impressed.
