General Comments

I ordered an iPod Nano from My DV on December 9th as a Christmas present, and I was promised delivery on time. The money was taken from my SWITCH card.

Christmas has come and gone, and no present!

I have emailed and phoned several times, and finally cancelled on January 4th. I was promised a refund within 7 to 10 business days, plus an email confirming cancellation. I have received neither!

    I also ordered an iPod - still waiting for it. I paid by debit card, I contacted my bank and I will be getting my money back because I paid with my card - don't know how you paid - I'm with Lloyds TSB.

    Georgina go to your bank immediately - I went to my branch on Friday (Lloyds TSB) and they gave me a phone number to ring, I rang this number and my case has been treated as a Debit Card Fraud and I am going to get a full refund. Good luck.

    I have been trying since October to get my credit card company to take any notice of my complaint. They notified me of the fraud in the first place, but now state that it is up to me to "contact the merchant" and obtain a refund. Bank of Scotland Mastercard have been absolute rubbish in resolving my problems. I hope other credit card companies are better.

    Orderd my Fuji Finepix camera on line, payed for online they said it would be delivered in time for christmas, NOT and think they have gone bust now ?????????
