Great service, clean rooms, nice buffet style food

General Comments
The Monopol was fantastic, friendly and helpful staff. Nice heated swimming pool (heated during winter) with plenty of sun beds, the hotel also have a pool bar which serves great food and drinks. The buffet style food tasted fantastic which had a italian theme food when we were there. The hotel also has a jacuzzi and a sauna. You would not miss this great holiday if you saw the great black sand beaches and the fantastic view near the hotel.
Souvenier shops and food shops nearby and near the hotel there is a free train that takes you to Loro Parque (parrot park) which has amazing animals and they also have rare flowers. Burger king and lots of restaurants nearby as well.
Deserves a 5 star rating. Don't delay BOOK NOW!! :-)
