General Comments
Given the range of the reviews of the Sony Ericsson V600i mobile phone, I am happy to report that my experiences have been very positive:
The camera takes decent sharp photos that print out nicely (as long as you don't want A4).
The ring tones, MP3 player, radio and speakerphone are all loud enough. The alarm, bizarrely, is ridiculously quiet - I wouldn't want to depend on it.
The screen is pin sharp, and despite having big fingers, I can use the keypad for texting just fine - better than with my previous Nokia.
Tips: download MyPhoneExplorer from http://members.aon.at/fwechsel/ -- it's just so much better than the bundled software at allowing manipulation and synchronising of contacts, texts, to-do lists, photos, and sounds etc. No Outlook is needed either. Also get hold of Opera Mobile, which is a well-featured proper internet browser, better than WAP.
