Much lower fees than other firms advertising on the web.
Their service was very efficient, with regular updates on any progress.
I received a cheque within 6 weeks for £11,692, and I was only charged a fee of 9%, as they have a graded scale of commission (which I thought was very fair). By using them and not other firms charging 20-25% I saved thousands!

They do not have a call centre to phone, though they did give a consultants number to call with any queries.

I have a shortfall on my endowment and did not know what to do, so I searched the web and found lots of companies offering to help with the complaint. Many were charging the outrageous fee of 20-25% plus VAT. However, a bit lower on the list were Lower Cost Complaints, who had much lower fees than the other firms.

I was suspicious and thought they would be no good, otherwise why were their fees so low?

I have referred a friend of mine who has also received several thousand pounds, which he did not expect.
