General Comments

I purchased a head massager for my husband for Christmas from Boys Stuff which never arrived. Boys Stuff said my address did not exist. I asked for a refund, and they said they would only refund on item cost. I asked for proof that the item had been posted and they said they didn't have any. The link for delivery status doesn't work.

30 days later I have still received no item or refund. They won't reply to my emails.
