Good Points

Well, the aircraft are a nice colour. That's about it.


Bad Points

Dreadful customer service. Hidden charges.


General Comments

I'm shocked. Thomson Fly have just charged me £43.00 to change the *spelling* of a name on a ticket. That's more than the cost of the original ticket! I rather feel like I've been blackmailed... which I suppose I have been.

This is the first time I've flown with ThomsonFly - I promise you, it will be the last. Easyjet offer an equivalent service at an equivalent price - but with much better customer service.

Customer service like this does not deserve to be rewarded - avoid them.
