General Comments
As the owner of an O2 X1B mobile phone which is used mainly for business voice calls, I have found this handset very reliable, and the reception quality is far better than my previous Nokia - indeed it will even work inside my local supermarket where the Nokia fails.
No beating about the bush - this is a basic phone that does 'exactly what it says on the box'. If you want an MP3 player and excellent digital camera then it's not for you. If you want to make and receive calls and text, then go ahead and try it!
