General Comments
The Charlie Brooks, Before and After Workout exercise DVD is great because it is divided into 5 fun, funky and different sections, each lasting approximately 10 minutes. The warm-up and cool-down sections are ideal. You really feel those muscles working and can work up quite a sweat, but judging by the before and after pictures of Charlie, you really want to do it... she looks fantastic!!! Some of the moves are a bit complicated, but after 2 or 3 attempts they do get easier. I am surprised that I have stuck at it quite as long as I have, but I certainly feel better for it.

I really can see this workout do something after some time but the dvd is so boring! i've been doin it every day and by the 1st week i was bored stiff, it was like a chore! love charlie though mwah x
