Good Points

I use this work-out all the time and it may have a challenge to it but the results are amazing. I recommend this to everyone who is looking to shed some pounds.

Bad Points

You have to be able to do the whole work out and not just points because if you miss certain points in it you don't get all the affects.

General Comments

Nell McAndrew - Ultimate Challenge, Ultimate Results is just the best for all the results you are needing to get to drop into that skimmy outfit. Me and my friend used to do this every sunday and wednesday because the music is great and it really gets you moving and you can make loads of fun out of it!
