That they were able to trade in the first place and mislead their customers.
General Comments
I definitely wouldn't recommend My DV. They will take your money (and then some more), and when you have a problem you will not be able to get hold of their imaginary customer service department.

I ordered a Ipod Mini on the 13th November 2005 and was promised my item for the 25th November. I paid by Credit card. Christmas came and went and still no ipod mini. I contact the company and cancelled the item and they promised me a refund. I didn't get this so I called them again and they said that i hadn't cancelled it but they would cancel it now. I still have not got my money back and now the phones and website are gone. I have had to get my credit card onto this. Never ever use this company if they ever show there company again.
