None. Not one. At all. Ever.
Poor service. Lack of communication between departments. Website permanently 'experiencing technical difficulties'.
I have recently been in contact with Opodo and I feel it's only right to let people know the difficulties my wife and I have experienced. Firstly we tried to book over £1000 pounds worth of airline tickets but after 4 hours online we still could not book. We rang the technical helpline 'please note at a premium rate' and were told there was a fault with the website and to try in 1 hour. We did and got a little further in the process but were told there was a problem after our card details had disappeared in to cyberspace. The following day we tried again also to no avail. we rang the companys contact number and were told that if we wanted to book the same flight over the phone it would cost us £74.00 each more than online. All in all an absolute shambles and a complete disaster. Incidentally, we have since booked with Online Travel. Although it cost £15 each more it took about 3 mins from start to finish!!!
