Easy ordering, but forget the cashback.

Changed terms and conditions for cashback, and now say that they have changed it at all, and refuse cashback.

I hate Club Mobile!

Has anyone got the old terms and conditions for Club Mobile????

When I first joined with a Three contract they said that rebates had to be sent to bring line rental down from £40 to £14 in months 7, 10 and 13 and didn't really expand on that.

I did what they said, and they rejected my claim because they said I had broken their terms. It's hardly surprising; because I looked at their website and their terms have changed to the most complicated terms and conditions I have ever seen. At the bottom of the term and conditions they have the rebate requirements, and they are just stupid.

Of course they are denying that the terms and conditions have changed.

Basically, could someone provide me with the old terms and conditions from February time, or maybe a bit later?

Can anyone please help???

  dont start me off about clubmobile. i have 2 sets of terms and conditions and believe me they will try it on if they can. they count your opening statement as a month to try and confuse you. contact me at medwaylion@aol.com and il send u a copy of the terms, but dont hold your breath for cashback it took months to get the first 2 back and have been told the latest one has been comming since before christmas!!

  I have a copy of their terms and conditions from March 2005 and they have DEFINITELY changed. I will send you a copy if there is a way of doing so.

  I am also having problem with their money back system. They easily didn't pay for the first quarter. For the second quarter I can't even contact them to see why they haven't paid, after 3 and half months now. And, I am due to lose the third quarter in a few days as it is absolutely impossible to contact them. When I called 3 itself, they said all they can do is a 28 days investigation which there is no guarantees if they can do anything after that. They simply say they are only responsible for collecting the money not for paying the money. My advise to readers is: DO NOT TRUST clubmobile.co.uk , celltalk.co.uk, gsmglobaltrade.com and 3phones.com as they are all different trading sites for a company call celltalk, which are not reliable or trust worthy at all. here is the link to all of them: http://www.celltalk.co.uk/trading.asp.
