Good Points

None i'm afraid


Bad Points

Customer service not very good. Take far too long to deal with the application (9 months) and still no decision.
Wanted only the female to take a non smokers test, what an insult!
I cancelled as just not happy with the level of service and the fact they didn't take my Doctors word. I felt like they were trying to find an excuse to bump the premium.
Vital inforamation was witheld from me and my doctor had to ask in the end, which he thought was not satisfactory.


General Comments

Norwich Union Life Insurance: Overall I found the service not meeting with my expectations of being kept up to date promptly, failure to set up life insurance quickly.
No mention of any medical was present at first and I found this to be totally unnecessary under the circumstances.
