Worst Customer Service Ever.
Airtours flights were really bad, the plane and seats like the 1980's. They put us in a awful hotel for our honeymoon, there was building work and the rooms were awful. The rep was useless and rude!! When we returned to the UK we have written to them on countless occasions and their replies are terrible. The seem to copy the back page of their customer service booklet. They do not read your letters, it has taken us 4 months just to get a reply from them.
