Good Points

Staff very friendly and speak good English. the problem with the English is we are lazy and do not want to learn anyone elses language. Excellent entertainment during the evening, very lively, lots to do during the day. If you want somewhere quiet, you can relax on or near the beach or use the pool at 'beach' which is quieter. On the whole food was good, lots of choices. Must go quad biking excellent. You can book with tour operater sited at hotel as well as mel tours outside. They have games and books you can use, you get clean towels daily. The rooms are not like a 4* plus, but the rooms and the hotel as a whole is very clean and I am very fussy when it comes to cleaniness.


Bad Points

When you first enter room it does smell, however once balcony doors opened for a couple of hours, smell does disappear. They informed me they only had 3 hair dryers, which is not good for a hotel of its size.


General Comments

It is up to you to make the most of your holiday. Casa Marina Reef Hotel was one of the best holidays I have had, daugher loved it. Booking to go again, first time I will have visited same place twice. New Year celebration was EXCELLENT, they went to town no expense speared.
