Good Points

Overall the apartments were lovely! Staff very friendly and helpfull! Especially the two Maguels! The 1 that worked at the reception was great with our teenage girls and was always willing to help! The 1 behind the bar was also lovely!


Bad Points

The entertainment isn't that good! Some apartments had upstairs whereas we just had 1 level which was fine but disappointing upon hearing we could have had two levels! I would suggest requesting a two level apartment so you do not feel this disapointment! Never any sun loungers! Sunlounger hoggers always reserve them by putting their towels on them in the morning and then sometimes don't even return to them for the full day so I would suggest simply removing the towels and then reminding them of the rules if they question you about this! It worked fine for us! :)


General Comments

We stayed at the Villa Concha in July 2005 and had a great time! Ignore the reviews warning you not to take teenagers here because we had two teenage girls aged 16 and 17 with us and they had the time of their lives! Loads for them to do! During the day they went shopping, sunbathed, watersports, swimming, waterparks, hired mopeds, went on a hunt for Robbie Williams Apartment and then got to meet him whilst he was also on his holidays there!! In the evening they went for dinner themselves to different restraunts, went to the pubs until around Midnight and by that time the 3 clubs in Pueorta Pollensa were filled and raring with other teenagers/early 20's both British and Spanish! The clubs shut at 6 so they would either get a taxi back or walk the short 10mins back to the villa concha! Pueorta Pollensa is a very safe place and although it's a different and strange environment we had no hesitation letting the girls out of our sight as we have been coming here for years and know ourselves that you couldn't find a safer place in Majorca! So yes they are right when they say thaere isn't much for them to do at the actual apartments but there is plenty to do in the surrounding areas! Although it is very quiet the girls had a blast and to many people they assume there are no clubs etc but there are three down by the square and maybe more else where!!
