Good Points

Good displays, easy to see information and demonstrations.


Bad Points

Adults are given priority over teenagers.
Very little stock


General Comments

When the 02 store is empty I find the service great - the staff are very friendly and willing to help you out.

When the store is busy, however, I could stand there for ten minutes without one member of staff offering to help me. Whereas adults walking into the same store were attended to much faster.

When I eventually was seen to (I brought a parent with me) I enquired about four completely different phones I was interested in, on different tariffs (both contract and pay-as-you-go) and in different price ranges. None of these were in stock at the time and haven't been for over a month now.

I've visited the shop on a number of occasions and none of the staff seem to know when these phones will be in, or what is happening with their stock.

What use is a phone shop with no phones?

    Im sorry you felt that you were not acknowledged in the store, this is not normal. We in our o2 store in Stoke on Trent try to ask a customer if they need any help within 5 mins of them entering the shop, unless we are busy with other customers. We are by no means biased towards adults. As for the the stock, we do not know what is arriving on our deliveries until we open the box. We wish we knew exactly when exact phones were coming in, it would make life so much easier for us!!
