The Laboratoires Dr. Pierre Ricaud is a mail order company dealing in efficient and safe anti-age beauty treatments and make-up.

It has been in existence for some nineteen years and the products are sold all over Europe (France, Belgium, Holland, Switzerland, Germany, Spain and Great Britain) and also USA and Russia. The Head Office (Discovery Centre) being on Champs-Elys es in Paris although the order address on the envelope for this country is Farnham. Orders can be made by post, telephone or internet.

I have been a customer for several years now and have always found the products to be excellent and of superior quality to many that can be found in High Street stores. I would also say that I have always been rather fussy about make-up and skin products, tending to buy the most expensive in order to get good quality. Since dealing with this company I have found that I no longer have to spend an enormous amount to buy quality goods. Quite often being able to get special offers such as 'buy one get one free' or thirty, forty or even fifty per cent off certain items. As is also often the case with this type of company, there are usually free gifts on offer. I will admit that sometimes they don't encourage me to buy anything, but I have received some very nice presents including a couple of watches (one of which I am wearing at the moment) and also a useful vanity case of much better quality than I was expecting, having experienced this type of free gift from other companies.

One of my main reasons for shopping with this company is their policy of testing their products "in vitro" and never testing anything on animals. They are also guaranteed to be safe and effective. They offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee and the goods can be returned within two months for a full refund with no questions asked - even if opened. I will say I have never had to do this as I have always been very pleased with everything I have purchased. Delivery is usually within ten days of the order and I believe the last order I made was less than a week.

With every new mailing you usually have a sample of one of the products enclosed. Although these may be very small, I have, on several occasions, been encouraged to buy the full item and not been disappointed. I became quite addicted to one of their hand creams in this way! Sometimes new items are offered as a free gift - and NOT the cheapest in the range as you might expect, one of my recent offers being worth £22. It is quite interesting to note also that they have not increased their prices for over seven years.
