Friendy customer representatives.


Bad Points

Rubbish Customer Cervice. No call back from Dialaflight.com to confirm flights after repeated reminders from myself. I was worried they took ALL credit card details without any flight confirmations.


General Comments

Dial a Flight.com
I called Dialaflight.com up for a round trip flight London to Melbourne. They quoted me. I confirmed. Dialaflight.com took ALL my Credit card details.

Half hour later, Dial a flight called and said there was a problem with availability on one of the travel routes and would call me the next day to confirm.

There was no call the next day. I chased up and they said the person who dealt with my flight would call back.

The Dial a flight representative still did not call me back to confirm the details of my flight.

I called again who still were unable to confirm my flights. I was unable to speak with the representative who originally booked my flight. I cancelled the flights.

One must to be cautious when providing credit card payment details to third parties. Credit card fraud is a serious problem.
