Reasonable and competitive prices.

General Comments

Barclays Business Insurance is fine if you don't mind waiting weeks for a response to your enquiries, weeks for claim forms to be sent out, having your forms mangled in the Irish post and returned to you with documents missing, only then to be told by Barclays that it would be better to send claim forms by airmail. Oh, and then having them tell you that your forms have been received and are legible and you will have a response within 7 days - only to ring them on the 7th day and be told they can't read the forms and are returning them to you.

Their customer service is absolutely appalling.
