No contact from bargain furniture and still awaiting refund but now no answer when calling or from an email i sent


General Comments

I paid Bargain Furniture £701.00 for a king size leather bed and luxury mattress, also bunk beds for my daughter. The money was taken from my account on 13/10/05, delivery date after delivery date was promised(which I had to call them each time to confirm)then to be told the delivery driver had rang in sick and they could not get my order to me for another 12 days after! In the end I decided to cancel and shop elsewhere. I was told my money would be refunded within 30 days and today 12/01/06 is the 30 days and guess what? no refund!! I have tried calling for 2 days constant now and line is either engaged or no reply, I have also sent an email to which I have had no reply...PLEASE do NOT put your faith in this company
