The Toshiba 28ZD26P has a great Picture, nice menu options, good sound quality, good picture size options, best price for HDTV I found.
Some warping of 4:3 screen mode, only noticed on some computer games, intermittant though.
I bought the Toshiba 28ZD26P just before reading the above review by Ian B, which made me worry, but after getting it I don't understand where he is coming from. I found no noticble 'buzzing' noise from the TV, even on mute. Maybe Toshiba have fixed this problem, or it was only on his TV.
I'm really happy with mine, the picture in Progressive scan mode is fantastic, and the options provided by the TV are great.
I can only recommend this to others, and for this spec of TV the price can be great, especially if bought online.
