General Comments

Having just spent the best part of 2 hours on the phone to my credit card company regarding 247 downloads, we have managed to get hold of a phone number for 247 downloads card processors... The number is 0018666094729. This was attached to the payment and was answered, and they have refunded all the money!

    Omitchell was correct! Thanks for the info! I called the # Omitchell provided (18666094729) and got a live person who issued a refund. I recieved the refund back on my card within a few days. Way-to-go Omitchell -thanks for the help!!!
