I have opened a business account with barclays, they changed the meeting as the person could not make it then the replacement was late. A good start... not
Barclays Business Bank Account: They did not discuss fully what my requirements might be. Later I discovered I needed to apply for a debit card. And a credit card. After filling out the forms and sending them off, I heard nothing. I phoned and was told that the forms I had filled out were out of date and I would have to fill out new forms. They are very hopeless and clueless as to what customer service is. I am considering closing an account that I have just opened. They just don't seem to have much idea.
