General Comments

Ok where to start - I read everything on air guns for about 5 months prior to buying the Condor on 01/06. I looked at the different types of springers like the RWS 48 - and I looked at the BSA Hornet. Then I came across the Air Force guns by mistake. I didn't want to spend up to 1,000.00 dollars for an air gun. But I was willing to do so if it was very accurate and powerful. Accuracy was very important to me, I had to have a gun that would put a pellet within an inch at 100 yards.

Out of the box with a 3x9 scope, I sighted it in within 5 minutes. After about 1 hour of shooting, I was able to put pellets on top of each other at 25 yards. Seriously, this was by far the most accurate weapon I ever shot. I know I keep speaking about how accurate this gun is, but this was very important to me when I was looking around. You will not be disappointed - this will put holes into holes at long ranges.

I'm a peace officer in Calif and have shot just about every type of weapon you could think of and this so far, is the funnest and most accurate. If you google the Condor, you will find that US Speical Forces curently use the Condor in Irac to take out lighting prior to performing urban raids. Whats that tell you about this weapon.

If you can afford this weapon system you will not be sorry. However, I would recommend that you put nothing less than a 6x24 power scope on this rifle. Its far to powerful and accurate for the 3x9. I had to replace my scope within a week. Also, don't waste your money on the hand pump, it will turn you off fast. Buy a used scuba tank its the only way to go.

Now for power, I fired a 21.5 grain pellet at setting 7.5 at wild turkey which was about 25 yards away. It went down within seconds. After cleaning it, I found that the pellet went right throught it side to side. This weapon could kill a dog sized animal with no problem.
