Good Points

The detachable centre combines the ease of a hand-held cleaner with the functionality of an upright


Bad Points

Poor filter
Loses suction easily
Very small dust collection chamber


General Comments

I have had my Bissell 3750E vacuum for just over 1 month and it has been the biggest waste of money I have had for a long time. The dust collection chamber needs emptying every time it is used as it is so small. The filter is inefficient and gets clogged with dust very quickly. The customer service person in the shop when we complained, recommended that the filter is washed and dried every time it is used. This is not practical. The vacuum also gets easily blocked if anything larger than a small nut is sucked up. I like the detachable centre so that cleaning the car and the stairs in easy, but this function is useless as the vacuum cleaner is so inefficient.
