General Comments

I too signed up for 247 Downloads. I entered my credit card details 3 times as it kept failing (transaction could not be processed) and got charged 3 times!

I have emailed them almost every day (their phone is only a pre-recorded device), and eventually I got 1 transaction refunded. I am still waiting for the others. I also cancelled my subscription as their software is useless. Or at least it's not very user friendly. Maybe those who wrote it know how to work it. I have used Napster before, and I was expecting a similar or even better product. These people must be nuts thinking that ordinary people, who just want to listen to music and watch movies, have the time and expertise to deal with unblocking ports and filtering IP addresses.
