Offer low priced products.
No service back up.
Lack of communication skills.
They do not acknowledge e-mails.
Distinct lack of care in customer care - system not available when making queries to their billing section, and they will ask you to ring back in an hour when the service should be back up. This is repeated an hour later when you ring back!
I purchased an E-commerce web site, in addition to my web site hosting package from OneAndOne.
At present we are still structuring the shop, but due to a problem with billing for this product, and despite the fact that I am billed separately for the web hosting, ALL of my access has been denied, although they have been in receipt of monies for web hosting in advance every quarter. Of course if you need to examine the terms and conditions associated with your website hosting etc. access is impossible, as you are even denied access to their admin!
