Failed to respond to messages. Failed to deliver on the advertised time.


General Comments

Ordered watch for next day delivery as promised by their website. AA Time processed the order on time but failed to deliver. I sent numerous messages but they failed to repsond to any of them. In the end I had to call them to complain. The watch finally arrived.

    Dear Mr Bullock,

    Your order was placed on the 28th of December when most companies are closed for the Christmas break. However, in light of the fact that you required your watch urgently, it was dispatched on the 29th of December and you took receipt on the 30th of December. Your tracking number confirms this. I think your review is very unfair.
