Good Points

None. I went to BUPA because I thought they were a reputable company, but they are just another money grabbing insurance company.


Bad Points

Expensive, and very reluctant to pay out for claims.


General Comments

Having paid over £8,000 in premiums over the past 10 years with BUPA Health Insurance I was disgusted with the service I received on the two occasions I claimed. It was a real struggle to get them to agree to pay out for my treatment, and one one occasion I was left to pay the specialist myself - a cost of over £400. It took 5 weeks until they reimbursed me.
