Good Points

Looks good.


Bad Points

Can't set MP3 tones for alarm or text messages, your are stuck with the annoying standard tones.
There are no profiles to select i.e. Meeting, Office, or outdoor etc.
The sound quality when using the phone is very poor.


General Comments

I am constantly using my Samsung E720 mobile phone for work, and I found the sound quality to be muffled. The more you turn up the sound, the more distorted it becomes. This is obviously a major problem with this phone, as I have read a number of reviews stating the same problem. My advice would be to steer well clear, unless you just want something good to look at!

I finally got rid of this phone and opted for the Sony Ericsson K750i, which is an excellent mobile phone!
