Next generation high definition graphics
£100's cheaper than a monster PC rig, but performs just as well
Xbox live is better than ever
Controller is great, and very comfortable
Not being able to free up all the hard-drive space
Some people having problems i.e. crashing and overheating
Having read other peoples reviews on the Microsoft Xbox 360, I felt the need to give my two cents.
The Xbox 360 is without a doubt the next generation of console gaming! It enables more people to enjoy gaming in high definition with anti-aliasing, pixel shading, and vertex lighting etc., without shelling out thousands of pounds for a super PC.
It also connects the world of gamers together with Xbox Live, which in my opinion is the most innovative gaming service to date; it beats the hell out of anything on the PC!
The operating system on the 360 is also just as innovative, and it can be personalised to suit anyone's tastes.
The controller design is brilliant. The only gripe is that the start and back buttons are in an odd place.
The console is not as noisy as some are saying. Personally I have my TV volume on about 20, which is about medium, and I can't hear the fan or the DVD drive over my rifle shots and explosions when playing Call of Duty.
Also, some people on this site are moaning about the launch line-up. Well, all I will say is, it's early days for crying out loud! What do you expect?
I reckon the Xbox 360 will really shine this year!!
