There are no good points to this machine. It has never worked!

The machine has never worked in the six months I've owned it.


General Comments

I purchased an Alienware Aurora Extreme laptop in June 2005. It is now January 2006, and it has never worked. I've jumped through their hoops. Their tech support sucks. Their machine sucks. I've had computers since 1983, literally hundreds in my business, and I have never dealt with a firm such as this. They run from their products!!!

    Thats why i stick with cheap systems, all them expensive computers and all them problems i'd rather have problems with a 200 pounds system then a 4000 pounds system. My heart can beat more slowly then i think it's all a scam my self.
