This diet does exactly what it promises, as long as you stick to the principles that it teaches you.
You have to be very well organised if you work full time by preparing food in advance or planning ahead.
The Carol Vorderman, Ko Chohan, Carol Vorderman's Detox for Life: The 28 Day Detox Diet and Beyond plan worked wonders for my cousin and I. We stuck to the diet for the 28 days, and we found so many benefits. By the end of the second week we both had clearer skin, more energy and felt great! By the end of the month we had both dropped a dress size! It is an easy plan to follow and we never felt hungry.
