The Pump It Up exercise DVD is a brilliant way to workout. I used to go to the gym before I discovered this DVD, but I found it so boring. I really enjoy working out with the DVD, it is so much fun. I have many other exercise DVD's, but nothing compares to this, and it is really easy to pick up all the moves. Well done Ministry of Sound!
