General Comments

Having paid premiums to E and L Pet Insurance for nearly a year, I sent a claim for a straightforward vet's bill, for my dog's treatment of a very bad ear infection. Over three months on I am still waiting for settlement.

I have phoned on numerous occasions, and I have been told about the heavy workload; then more information was needed from my vet, which was supplied within a few days. Now, conveniently, there has been a fire on the premises which has destroyed all the paperwork, so I now have to provide another claim with supporting bills etc.
