Good Points
Very cheap rates for calling Tokyo from the U.S.
Bad Points
1. Mediocre-to-sometimes-very-bad line quality, sometimes with long lags (like three seconds long)
2. No way to program in frequently-dialed numbers
General Comments
I've been using NobelCom for making calls from the U.S. to Tokyo for about the past year, and the quality of the calling service hasn't been perfect but it's serviceable most of the time. If I can ever find a different card that costs about the same but gives much better line quality, I'll dump NobelCom in a heartbeat- but until I find that dream card, I'll probably keep biting the bullet and using mediocre but super-cheap NobelCom.
