None.
Everything from the Tech Support to their exceptionally dubious contract.
I've been with Toucan Broadband for almost 2 months now, and I lodged a complaint the very day my line went active. 2 months on, they claim I suffer from slow (re: non-existent) speeds due to me being a heavy user. I enquired deeper into what that might entail, and I was informed that I would be capped during peak hours. Heavy usage is downloading 2GB in 1 week, and peak hours are between 4pm and 11pm. It doesn't seem to matter to any single member of Toucan, including the 3 team leaders, and 8 or 9 customer support reps I spoke to.
