General Comments

I received the Sony NW A1000 MP3 player for Christmas. At first I loved it and I started using it straight away! I was told at the Sony Center in Bluewater that it is iTunes compatible, and since all my music is from iTunes I considered this a plus point! I now know it most certainly is NOT!! The sound quality is not as good as I expected it to be! Maybe I need to upgrade the headphones supplied.

Don't even bother trying to download from the Sony Connect software!! It is HOPELESS and very frustrating, and each song costs 99p, whereas on iTunes it is 79p! ANOTHER BAD POINT! I called up Sony support, and they said a lot of people have been calling them regarding this useless software! I plan to return my MP3 player next week.

Stick to the old iPod!!!
