Rude staff, no receipt no exchange not even after Christmas, rude and unhelpful staff, awful service.


General Comments

I got trainers for Christmas that were too small rang JD Sports where they were purchased and was told not to take them back till the 28th of December, I drove 11 miles to my nearest store on the 28th to be told' no they cannot be changed untill the 29th of Deember.
I asked for the manager who was not available.
On the 29th I drive 13 miles to another JD store I choose another pair of trainers which were £10 more and guess what because I did not have the receipt they would not exchange them, I explAIned my two Journeys and the fact that they were an Christmas present, and the sales assistant followed by the manager(who would not give her name) repeatedly said ' there's nothing we can do ! rude unhelpful, and what a stupid policy, I will NEVER set foot in a JD store again they take your money, any problems tough!!!!!!!
