General Comments

The Apple iPod Shuffle is a great product when it works. I gave this to my 13 year old son for Christmas, and he loved it... for one day. After a day it stopped working (and I mean everything). It won't give a battery status, it won't charge, it won't play... it's dead. I tried finding the receipt to take it back to the store, but it was inadvertently shredded. The iPod online help/support was of no help/support. It seems my serial number shows up as being purchased in May 2005 instead of November 2005, so iPod will not even answer my questions on what to do next.

iPod will not get any more of my money, or future business.
