Simple but beautiful looking Plethora of functions

General Comments
This is my first DVD player and I'm still exploring the functions although I'm told it is amazing for the price. However I played a disc from a DVD mag and it wouldn't play which was dissappointing. I was also slightly dubious with the Limit make but was informed that they are new brand and are breaking into the audio industry with impressive results.

Limit 9900SE DVD player - from Richer Sounds; At the time, a bargain progressive scan DVD player, hacked to be region-free. Has trouble reading some dodgy DVD-Rs though.
