Good Points

Fast service when it comes to getting your fee of nearly £50.00


Bad Points

They do not tell you on the telephone that they are only brokers. Cannot claim money back even after cancellation until 6 months has passed. Was told on the telephone that I must have been told that they were brokers, even though I told him I was not. Make you feel stupid.


General Comments

I saw Carolyn's review too late, I also signed up for Yes Loans online. Nowhere online or on their site does it tell you they are brokers. Even when I telephoned I was not told they are brokers. I should have asked. I paid my money to them and they sent 2 letters out within 24 hours, fast service I thought. When I found out they were brokers I had already signed the contract, I should have read the contract, as it says on the end they are credited brokers. When I cancelled the contract, the 2 cancellation forms got lost in the post. I do not believe that at all. So I eventually got a 3rd letter letting me cancel, but they will not give my money back minus £5 until 6 months has elapsed, even though I cancelled.

Heed the warning these are only brokers not lenders, and they are only interested in your fee nothing else. I am going to the Citizens Advice to try to claim my money back.
