There is a design fault on the brush, which broke twice in the first year


General Comments

The Bosch Cyclone Jet BUC11700VC vacuum cleaner is great to start with, but within weeks the brush motor broke. We exchanged the whole machine, and after another 12 months (just out of warranty) the same fault occurred again. I won't buy again!!
