General Comments

I bought the Norton Ghost 2003 Data Recovery and Back Up software for the simple task of doing a 'ghost' copy of a small hard drive to go onto a new larger hard drive. Total failure. I thought it was me. I spent hours trying to make it work. Hours on the web site. It's clearly a common fault - but no help - the web site is more concerned with trying to sell you more products. I finally downloaded it cheaper from a company I had never heard of, which was recommended on an IT forum.
